1. Employment & Contractual Agreement
1.1. Teachers are hired on a contractual part time basis and must review and sign an official agreement before commencing work.
1.2. Employment is subject to a probationary period of 3 months, after which performance will be evaluated.
1.3. Teachers must provide valid identification, educational certificates, and relevant teaching qualifications.
2. Teaching Responsibilities
2.1. Teachers are required to follow TICK CLUB’s curriculum, methodologies, and policies to ensure high-quality instruction.
2.2. Classes must be conducted professionally, following the immersion and simulation-based teaching strategies adopted by TICK CLUB.
2.3. Teachers must prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments as per the guidelines provided.
2.4. Timely feedback and progress reports must be given to students as required.
2.5. Teachers should create an engaging, supportive, and interactive learning environment.
3. Work Schedule & Attendance
3.1. Teachers must adhere to the agreed-upon teaching schedule and notify the administration at least 24 hours in advance in case of absence.
3.2. Repeated lateness or unapproved absences may result in disciplinary action.
3.3. Classes must start and end on time, and teachers must remain present throughout the session.
4. Professional Conduct & Ethics
4.1. Teachers must maintain a respectful and professional relationship with students, parents, and colleagues.
4.2. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination.
4.3. Teachers must use appropriate language and behaviour while interacting with students.
4.4. Personal contact with students outside official communication channels is strictly prohibited.
5. Use of Online Teaching Platforms & Technology
5.1. Teachers are required to use TICK CLUB’s designated platforms for conducting lessons, including video conferencing tools and LMS (Learning Management System).
5.2. Unauthorised recording or sharing of class content is strictly prohibited.
5.3. Teachers must ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching environment.
6. Payment & Compensation
6.1. Payment will be processed as per the agreed-upon salary structure, based on class hours or a fixed monthly rate of $CA28.
6.2. Salaries are disbursed on biweekly manner through agreed upon payment method.
6.3. Deductions may apply in cases of unauthorised absences, policy violations, or breach of contract.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
7.1. Teachers must maintain confidentiality regarding students’ personal information, lesson materials, and TICK CLUB’s proprietary content.
7.2. Unauthorised sharing of data with third parties is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination & Resignation
8.1. TICK CLUB reserves the right to terminate a teacher’s contract in case of:
Policy violations
Poor performance
Repeated absences
Ethical misconduct
8.2. Teachers must provide 2 weeks’ written notice in case of resignation.
9. Amendments & Compliance
9.1. TICK CLUB reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Teachers will be notified of any significant changes.
9.2. Failure to comply with these terms may result in warnings, penalties, or termination of employment.
